On Episode 10 of our Inclusion Talks Podcast for Aussie Home Loans and the team at Williamstown, We welcome Courtney Lewis. 
 
 Courtney is an international Blind and Low Vision Cricketer and Tennis Player, Blind Footballer, (defender) She is also a former Para Cyclist, and Former Athletics National and World Record holder for her T13 classification. (Vision Impairment) 
 
Courtney is also a huge supporter and advocate for Volunteering and the benefits of junior mentoring.  
Courtney is the epitome of an Inclusive Sport Superstar, and we hope you will love hearing her story as much as we did.

Today on Inclusion Talks we welcome grassroots administrator, Para/All Abilities inclusion in sport advocate and Albury Little Athletics Centre Secretary,  Elisabeth Ryan.
A passionate believer in the benefits of Para sports and also about how good officiating, governance and coaching can benefit athletes with a disability, we talk all things sport and chat about the difficulties that come from not only living in a regional area but also accessing opportunities to be the best sportsperson (both able bodied and para) possible.

Youngest Paralympian Tamsin Colley

Today on Inclusion Talks, thanks to Aussie Home Loans, we welcome Para Matilda and Paralympian Tamsin Colley,  
 
Tamsin is the current Australian Female Footballer of the Year and was the youngest Paralympic Athlete in Australia.
 
Tamsin is a proud and passionate advocate for sports inclusion for people with a disability, giving much of her free time to support the promotion of cerebral palsy and autism in sports.
 
Today we take time to talk about her hopes and dreams, future career goals and where she sees the future of inclusion. 

Inclusion Talks - Emma Mickle

Today on our Inclusion Talks Podcast, we welcome Emma Mickle, an up-and-coming talented para cyclist, Emma’s life changed course after a horrific accident in 2020 left her paraplegic. 
 
We will talk about that accident, the journey to regain her career as a paramedic, the pathway to finding her freedom, and the resilience it took to find herself again, we also chat about her inner strength, her strong desire to help those organisations that supported her in the darkest days of her life, and most of all, her future hopes and goals.

Today on our Inclusion Talks episode we welcome Sarah Walsh, a dual Paralympian who achieved great results at both Rio and Tokyo Paralympics and is aiming for her 3rd Paralympic berth this August in Paris. 
 
Sarah is a multiple Australian international representative, a state medalist, and an athlete who has risen through the ranks from grassroots to the pinnacle of Para Sports, beginning her athletics career at age 9 through school Sports NSW and growing her skills through Little Athletics NSW, Sarah is a T64 athlete whose event of choice is long jump. 
 
Today in the podcast we will learn more about her life, her sport, and her future goals.

Inclusion Talks - Hopeful Paralympian Ella Hose

Today we welcome Ella Hose to our Inclusion Talks podcast, Ella is on track to be part of the Australian team for this year's Paralympics after already representing Australia at the 2023 World Para Championships, becoming the youngest-ever female representative at this event.
